1. The petitioner by way of this Writ Petition has prayed to set aside the appointment letter dated 15.09.2023 issued in favour of respondent No.4 on various grounds and inter alia also prays to consider her for appointment as Anganwadi worker.

2. As per the scheme relating to Anganwadi workers, appeal against orders of which any person is aggrieved of relating to appointment of Anganwadi workers lies to the Collector, then to the Commissioner, and then to the Secretary.

3. In view thereof, having efficacious alternative remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy.
