 "Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.360 dated 16.09.2023 registered for offence punishable under Sections 420, 408 IPC, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail.

Inter-alia submits that the primary dispute is between the employer and employee and the employer has implicated the petitioner for embezzlement.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Adjourned to 01.02.2024.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. As and when called, the petitioner shall join the investigation. He shall abide by the conditions enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C."
