Learned counsel submits that the allegations were against coaccused Sikander Singh of having misused the documents of the complainant, who now stands acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 19.01.2026, while the petitioners were declared innocent by the police, however, summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. He, however, after arguing for sometime, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to take all pleas including the ones taken in the present petition before the trial Court, at an appropriate stage and that a direction may be issued to conclude the trial in a time bound manner. 2.

Ordered accordingly.

The trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 months, in accordance with law.
