(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Counsel also undertakes to file the same within a period of ten days from today onwards. In view of the submission made aforesaid, the present application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Also, counsel for the respondent agrees that the respondent shall not press for conducting of the proceedings before learned Trial Court, for a period of fifteen days from today onwards.
