Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of order dated 31.10.2017, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panipat in complaint case bearing No. 433 of 2016 titled as "M/s Anil Handloom v. M/s Mahajan Cloth", whereby petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that impugned order dated 31.10.2017 (Annexure P5) is not according to law and petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court and to face the trial even. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court at Panipat within a period of ten days.
