The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of zimni order dated 06.04.2022, Annexure P-3, and P.O. order dated 11.11.2022, Annexure P-5 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Tohana in Criminal complaint No.165, dated 14.08.2017.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and respondent No.2 on 10.02.2023 and next date was notified to learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 through email, as per the office report. However, despite the case having been called out twice, there is no representation either on behalf of the petitioner or respondent No.2.
