Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the order dated 13.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.2 whereby eviction order has been passed against the petitioner on the application moved by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the matter has been compromised, thus, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.
