(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.143 dated 11.10.2019, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka, Punjab.

Vide order dated 10.01.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2021.12.10 16:47 I attest to the accuracy of this order

CRM-M-47787-2019 (O&M) -2the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 10.01.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
