It is not in dispute that the suit filed under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, is nearing its completion. The decision of the case has been kept in abeyance, due to an interim order passed by the High Court. These two revision petitions i.e. CR-8645-2017 and CR-985-2018 have been filed challenging the interlocutory orders passed by the trial Court. 2.

Since both the parties have already led their evidence and the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.03.16 11:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 8645 of 2017 (O&M) AND Civil Revision No. 985 of 2018 (O&M) suit is ripe for the final arguments, therefore, it is considered appropriate to dispose of both the revision petitions, while directing the trial Court to decide the suit, positively within a month, from today. Needless to observe that any observation made by this Court, while passing interlocutory orders, shall not bind the trial Court while deciding the suit finally. 3.

With the observations made above, both the revision petitions are disposed of.
