The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to pass a final order in the charge sheet dated 07.04.2022 (Annexure P-2) in which the enquiry report (Annexure P-4) was submitted way back on 28.03.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the representations (Annexures P-9 & P-10) of the petitioner are decided by the respondent by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advanced notice, submits that he has no objection in case a direction is issued to the respondent for timebound consideration and decision of the representations of the petitioner by passing a speaking order.
