MADAAN Present:- Mr. Dheeraj Mahajan, Advocate for the applicant. *** Applicant Pritpal Singh is seeking transfer of civil suit titled 'Pritpal Singh versus Subash Chander and others' pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Pathankot for the reason that Hari Krishan, brother of Subash Chander-defendant is presently Reader of the District & Sessions Judge, Pathankot and defendant's family is having close proximity with the staff working in the Court complex. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and going through the record, I do not find any merit in the application, therefore, the same stands dismissed.
