(ORAL) By way of this peon, challenge was given to the order dated 01.11.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1/Elecon Tribunal, ordering the re-counng of votes for the post of Sarpanch/Gram Panchayat Chak Pakhi, for which elecons were held wayback in December, 2018. Nobody is pu2ng in appearance on behalf of any of the party. It is noced by this Court that elecons were held wayback in December, 2018 and therefore, the peon must have become infructuous by now. Disposed of, as such.
