**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the action of respondent No.4, whereby respondent No.4 are adamant to replace the service of petitioner by another set of contract employees as petitioner has been relieved by the respondents on 20.04.2012 and the post are still lying vacant. In this regard, had submitted representations dated 17.07.2019 and 04.09.2019 (Annexures P-4 and P-5), but there is no adherence thereto. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Technical Education, Haryana, to consider the representations dated 17.07.2019 and 04.09.2019 (Annexures P-4 and P-5), within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
