Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing the FIR No.0021 dated 04.04.2024 registered under Section 406 IPC at Police Station NRI, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
