**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Grievance of petitioner, in the instant petition, is that owing to interim orders passed in various writ petitions, pertaining the persons mentioned in the list circulated vide order dated 18.10.2019 (Annexure P-10), District Education Officers, have been directed to adjust, displaced Post Graduate Teachers, like petitioner, by making temporary posting. Mr. Chandehas Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, expresses apprehension that temporary posting would again result into a dis-entitlement in respect of employees, who had not approached this Court and it would also result into multiplicity of events and chain reaction would not end. At the best, respondents ought to have placed the petitioner or the similarly situated persons, at the previous place of posting.
I am of the view that grievance of petitioner, can only be

In case, such representation is made within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, Director Secondary Education, Haryana is directed to decide the same within another period of fifteen days, by passing a speaking order and after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, failing which, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner.
This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
