RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.175 dated 19.08.2022, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 342, 379, 354A, 500, 506 IPC and Sections 3(1)(x), 1(1)xi, 3(2)va of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (for short, 'the Atrocities Act'), registered at Police Station Behal. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file appeal under Atrocities Act in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
