Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, restricted his prayer to the extent of issuance of direction to respondent No.2-District Magistrate, District Ludhiana, to dispose of his representation dated 01.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and keeping in view the provisions of Sections 10 and 12 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.
