(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the original owner whose land had been acquired by respondent No.2 for developing I.T. City, Mohali. The petitioners are entitled for a plot under the Oustees Policy dated 08.05.2013 for rehabilitation and resettlement of oustees. He further submits that the petitioners have preferred a representation on 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) but no action has been taken thereon. He, therefore, submits that this petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the same expeditiously.
