SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0068 dated 03.04.2019 registered under Sections 341, 324, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 326 of IPC was added later on) at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur. On 08.11.2019, this Court had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are against Vikas Verma, husband of petitioner. No injury has been attributed to the petitioner. Notice of motion for 27.02.2020.

CRM-M-47854 of 2019 {2} Petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within two weeks. In the event of her arrest being required, she shall be released on interim bail till the next date, subject to her furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, she shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2)(i) to (iv) Cr.P.C. failing which she shall loose the benefit of interim bail allowed to her."

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. He has further instructions to submit that the petitioner is not named in any other criminal case. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 08.11.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
