This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 14.08.2024 passed in CWP-PIL-167-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Committee has pointed out that the order dated 14.08.2024 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 08.11.2024 which was also conveyed to the petitioner.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
