By way of the present petition filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act"), petitioner has approached this Court for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of Contract Agreement for the work "Renovation/Repair of water works in village Gorchi, District Hisar".

At the outset, in all fairness, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court again after serving notice under Section 21 of the Act, upon the official, who had signed the Agreement.
