Learned State counsel contends that the Final Report shall be filed within a period of three months from today. 3.

In view of aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous at this stage. The State shall remain bound to file Final Report on conclusion of its investigation within aforesaid period.
