Learned counsel submits that the charge-sheets were issued against the petitioner with the allegations for shortage/excess of wheat with regard to which there are judgments in his favour rendered in CWP-32301993, decided on 20.06.1994, CWP-12950-1999, decided on 14.09.2000 and CWP-11041-2001, decided on 20.01.2015, which was upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1272-2024 on 10.09.2015. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, restricts his prayer only to a direction to conclude the said proceedings, taking into account all pleas raised by him in the reply to the charge-sheets as also the judgments that cited during the course of hearing, in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and on instructions from Sh. Anup Singh, Auditor, O/o Food and Civil Supply, Jind, submits that the disciplinary proceedings shall be concluded within a period of 3 months, in accordance with law.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
