Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 71 dated 10.05.2013, registered under Section(s) 302, 201 & 34 IPC (Section 364 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station City Samana, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Jaswant Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Samana, District Patiala, today in the Court itself and the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since appeared before the learned trial Court and thus, he be released on prearrest bail.
