(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the trial Court to frame a specific issue as to whether the suit is properly valued for court fee and jurisdiction and during the trial a finding can be given thereon.

In view of such statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist, it is directed that in case of defendant No.1 taking a specific plea in the written statement that the suit is not properly valued for court fee and jurisdiction, the trial Court may frame a specific issue in that regard, which can be adjudicated during the trial. It being so, the revision petition is disposed of accordingly. ( H.S.
