NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is filed against the order dated 01.11.2019 which is reproduced in the petition vide which police help is ordered to be provided for seeking possession of the demised premises. Admittedly, appeal against the impugned judgment dated 20.09.1997 is stated to be pending before the Appellate Authority. If it is so, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the stay application or the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably on the next date fixed before it or within one month of the date already fixed before it.

Meanwhile, the petitioner will not be dispossessed but the stay will not be extended beyond the period of one month from the date already fixed before the Appellate Authority, which is stated to be 03.12.2019, unless the stay application pending before the Appellate Authority is decided in favour of the petitioner.
