Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondent No.8 is threatening the petitioner and regarding the threat, a pen drive has also been annexed with this petition. Learned counsel further contended that the goons are also sent to the office of the petitioner to cause him harm. In this regard, the petitioner moved a representation dated 02.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) to the authority but no action has been taken so far. 2.
