Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 & 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners and their family members from the hands of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have made a representation (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur Cantt., Ferozepur, but still no action has been taken thereon.
