Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to add Sections 326, 307 & 365 IPC in case FIR No. 22 dated 28.08.2018, registered under Sections 323, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Faridabad on the basis of medical opinion.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though, initially FIR was registered under Sections 323, 506 & 34 IPC, but even after receipt of medical opinion declaring the injury to be grievous on the eye of the victim, relevant sections have not been added in the FIR and inquiry has not been carried out in an effective manner. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 25.09.2018 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, District Faridabad, but still no action has been taken thereon.
