**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 08.08.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak vide which the evidence of the petitioner has been closed..

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the impugned order has been passed when the members of the Bar were on strike and the same is reflected in Annexure P-4. Learned counsel further submits that the dispute in the present case is under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Learned counsel has further submitted that as per order dated 14.02.2019 the learned counsel appearing for the parties had made a statement that talks of compromise is going on between the parties. For correct decision of the case, the present revision petition stands allowed and order dated 08.08.2019 is set aside. A direction is given to the Family Court, Rohtak to grant one effective opportunity to the petitioner to conclude her evidence.
