CORAM:
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE LISA GILL HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA Present:- Mr. Barjesh Mittal, Advocate for applicants-petitioner (joined through Video-Conferencing). ***** LISA GILL, J.(Oral) 1.
Prayer in this application is for recalling and review of order dated 14.07.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of which one of us (Meenakshi I. Mehta, J.) was a member, whereby CWP No.19202 of 2025 filed by applicants-petitioners, challenging order dated 28.01.2025 passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh, had been dismissed.
2.
Learned Tribunal vide order dated 28.01.2025 decided a bunch of ten (10) Original Applications, wherein applicants therein had sought setting-aside action of respondents in outsourcing their services whereas they had, earlier, been working under the direct control of present petitioners. 3.
Learned counsel for applicants-petitioners under the garb of this application seeks to reargue the entire matter, which is not permissible. NEETU RANI 2025.09.09 14:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
RA-CW No.372 of 2025 in CWP No.19202 of 2025 -2He is unable to point out any ground whatsoever which calls for review of order dated 14.07.2025. It is a settled position that Court's jurisdiction to review its judgment is limited and has to be exercised within the framework of Section 114 read with Order 47 CPC. Gainful reference in this respect can be made to judgments of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Parsion Devi and others vs. Sumitri Devi & others, 1997(8) SCC 715, Ashrafi Devi through L.Rs vs. State of U.P. and others, 2019(5) SCC 86 and Shri Ram Sahu through L.Rs and others vs. Vinod Kumar Rawat and others, AIR Online 2020 SC 813.
4.
In the given factual matrix, we do not find any ground which calls for review of decision dated 14.07.2025. 5.
Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
