Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an election petition dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-1), which is not being decided and the same is pending since long hence, the respondents be directed to decide the election petition in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice.
