**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent to grant the benefits of continuity of service to them for the purpose of length of service from April, 1997 to 28.11.2000 on their rejoining in service at parity with those who were on the similar footing.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to respondents to consider the case of the petitioners, keeping in view judgment (Annexure P-2 and P-3) and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
