Notice served upon the official respondents through the State counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 3.

I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the record. 4.

Considering the offences invoked, there is no reason for the investigator to sit on the file.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned investigator to make all efforts to conclude the investigation on or before 31.01.2025 and an intimation be also sent to the complainant and also to his counsel through their email IDs and counsel for the petitioner-complainant to supply email IDs to the State counsel Sonia Puri 2024.10.16 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
