This order will dispose of two petitions i.e. CRM-M-559542018, filed by Jasbir Singh alias Jassi and CRM-M-14891-2019, filed by Tharu alias Balwinder Kumar under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for granting them regular bail in case FIR No. 52 dated 27.07.2018, registered under Section 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.05.16 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-55954 of 2018 And Criminal Misc. No. M-14891 of 2019 Police Station Anaj Mandi, Patiala.

For the purpose of decision of both the petitions, facts are being taken from petition i.e. CRM-M-55954-2018. On 27.07.2018, petitioners were found to be in possession of 1000 tablets and 1 liter 200 milliliters liquid, recovered from each of the petitioners. As per report from the Forensic Science Laboratory, tablets contained "Chloropheniramine Maleate" and the liquid contained active ingredient of "Codeine Phosphate". Keeping in view the alleged huge recovery of contraband, which is commercial in nature, both the petitioners do not deserve the concession of regular bail. As such, both the petitions stand dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge May 15, 2019 "DK"
