HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of order dated 11.03.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patti, District Tarn Taran vide which the respondents/accused persons stood discharged. Further prayer has been made to quash the order dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure P-8), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran, vide which the criminal revision preferred by the petitioner stands dismissed to the extent that the order dated 11.03.2019, stands upheld. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
