Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondent-authorities to provide adequate security cover to the petitioner, which has been withdrawn during enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct in view of the ensuing Assembly Elections in the State of Haryana. 2.
After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities.

Disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
