Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

A perusal of the case file reveals that subsequent to the grant of concession of regular bail to the co-accused - Rajwinder Singh, by the Coordinate Bench of this Court (Sandeep Moudgil, J.), vide order dated 28.05.2025 passed in CRM-M-28622-2025, titled as "Rajwinder Singh v. State of Punjab" (P-3), petitioner herein filed first regular bail petition, i.e., CRM-M-38509-2025. Faced with the situation and without pressing the present petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks withdrawal of the same at this stage.
