(Through hybrid mode) ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submit that vide order dated 06.10.2023 (P-1), that has been assailed in this petition, license granted to the petitioner to operate pre-paid taxi services at Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh, had since been terminated. However, it is urged that pursuant to the interim order dated 20.10.2023, passed by this Court, the petitioner is continuing to operate, to date. Learned counsel for the respondents has shared with us a copy of the decision, dated 28.05.2024, taken by the Chandigarh International Airport Limited, which is retained on record as "Mark-X", whereby, the impugned order (ibid) has since been withdrawn.
