G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) C.M. No. 4148 of 2017 in R.A. No. 162 of 2017 In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 65 days in filing the review application is condoned. Application stands disposed of.

R.A. No. 162 of 2017 The review is sought of the order dated 09.12.2016 on the ground that he has qualified for subsequent examinations on the strength of the certificate issued earlier which was withdrawn. It has not been pointed out in any manner that the judgment under review suffers from any infirmity or illegality on the face of record as such which would warrant review. It has been found that the petitioner was involved in unfair means due to which the earlier certificate had been withdrawn. On account of the proper procedure not being followed by the university, benefit had also been granted to the petitioner to appear in the said subject as a reappear candidate vide the order sought to be reviewed. Merely on account of hardship which is being caused to the petitioner would not be a ground to review the said order.

In such circumstances, no case is made out for review and accordingly the present review application is dismissed. 22.03.2017 (G.S.
