For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Hearing in main appeal is pre-poned and it is taken up on Board today itself. MAIN APPEAL Appellants have filed the instant Regular Second Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2018 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sirsa, whereby the appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 29.04.2016 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior SHALINI BHATIA 2021.10.01 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsels for the parties are ad idem that during the pendency of instant regular second appeal, the parties have arrived at a compromise which has been reduced into writing as Annexure-A. 3.

The parties are present in the offices of their respective counsels and have been identified by them. It has been admitted by the parties that compromise agreement dated 21.08.2021 (Annexure A) has been executed between them.

In view of the above, the instant regular second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise agreement dated 21.08.2021 (Annexure A). terms thereof shall be treated as part of decree. The parties shall remain bound by the terms as enumerated in the compromise Annexure 'A'. Modified decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
