$  HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of FIR No.200 dated 27.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar, Shri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib along with all consequential proceedings therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-3) entered into between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain clerical errors in the present petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.
