RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation, dated 28.09.2024, Annexure P-1, of the petitioner and further direct respondents No.2, 3 and 6 to provide adequate police protection at polling station of election of village Gram Panchayat Village Kollianwali, Block Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct the nomination process/filing of candidature/papers and entire election process under the supervision of CCTV and videography for fair and transparent election as in the last election the ruling party captured the booth and the petitioner party was thrown away from the polling booth.
