(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.269 dated 15.11.2018 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Bathinda. Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to raise all the pleas available to him before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
