Petition herein is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents to take steps and ensure that the violation committed by the owners of the property bearing Booth No. 569-570, New Jawahar Nagar, Market, Jalandhar City i.e. unauthorized occupation of the public passage, unauthorized encroachment on public Arcade from three sides, construction of basement and second floor without getting approval from the competent authority be removed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
