-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of orders dated 10.11.2015 and 26.12.2015 whereby the period in which petitioner has remained out of service, has been treated as no work no pay.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at the present moment prays that the instant writ petition itself be treated as representation for consideration of period from 13.03.2011 to 10.11.2015 to be treated as period spent on duty for all intents and purposes. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State would submit that the official respondents will look into the matter and will take a decision on the representation of the petitioner. Without commenting on merits of the case, I dispose of the instant petition by directing the official respondents to treat the writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and take a decision thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. Let the decision so taken be communication to the petitioner forthwith.
