After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to keep all his arguments open to be taken before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that the personal appearance of petitioner No. 1 be exempted as she is an old lady of 63 years.

No specific order qua exemption from personal appearance of petitioner No. 1 is warranted, however, in case, petitioner No. 1 applies for exemption from her personal appearance, the same shall be considered leniently, in accordance with law and as required by the trial Court, however, shall not be granted as a matter of right.
