Petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed by petitioner, praying for giving directions to respondents No.2 and 3, to decide the representation dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2.
Learned counsel submits that loan of Rs.4,50,00,000/- had been taken by petitioner from respondent No.4 (wrongly mentioned as respondent No.2). However, on some frivolous grounds, a complaint was filed in Gurugram against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that no part of cause of action actually arose in Gurugram, as also that the dispute stems out of alleged breach of contract and is, thus, purely civil in nature. However, at the instance of respondent No.4, the official respondents are time and again harassing the petitioner. Learned counsel, thus, prays that the representation dated 06.08.2025 of petitioner be decided by the official respondents expeditiously.
