***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J . (Oral) The petitioner assails order dated 29.07.2024 passed by learned Judicial magistrate 1st Class, Pataudi, District Gurugram wherein the learned trial Court had withdrawn the warrant of arrest issued earlier for securing presence of Sarla Devi.

At this stage, Mr. H.N.Sahu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3-Sarla Devi and has filed memo of appearance. The same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Rajesh has informed that fresh warrant of arrest for securing presence of Sarla Devi have again been issued by the trial Court on 21.10.2024.
