Sandeep Singla, Estate Officer, states that the Nursing Home No.7, Sector 39, Gurugram-II, which figures at Serial No.36 of the List of Clinic/Nursing Home Sites, which is scheduled to be auctioned on 30.11.2022, has wrongly been included in the list and would not be auctioned as this site has already been allotted to the petitioner. In the wake of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, instant petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
